Carmel and I wanted to thank you, and your team, for the extension works you completed for us last year. Throughout the process, from initial thoughts to the inevitable snags, you provided top quality and honest input to all our style and substance decisions.
At the design stage, you helped us formulate the initial idea, informed us of what could and could not be achieved in situ and provided indicative costings for the various options. To say we did not know where to start was an understatement and you got us off the ground and moving on the project. You also agreed to take on the role of “Project Director” with ultimate responsibility for scheduling the various other parties involved.
We placed a high value on quality of workmanship and finish and rather then shy away from that you embraced its importance to us and delivered on it throughout the whole project. The workmanship and client interaction from your whole team was exemplary and we felt very comfortable making tweaks in real time with anyone of your team. The flexibility of your approach was also much appreciated and provided us with the space to alter the design in real time as situations developed. Anything we asked was either incorporated or discarded following honest appraisal between us all.
We are delighted with the end product, and the “aftersales service” you continue to provide us in relation to any lingering queries that arise. Senan O Grady completed two projects for me in the last 6 months. I am very satisfied with the work. My home is a period house and I was anxious to maintain its existing features while upgrading the insulation and carrying out essential repairs both inside and outside.
Their approach was very professional. The solutions suggested were both innovative and effective. They researched and secured materials that complimented/matched the materials used in the house originally so the end result is very satisfactory. All the work was completed to a very high standard. While working here they kept interruption to a minimum, they were meticulous in cleaning and clearing as the work progressed and when they finished.
